Are there any specific requirements for pets before a grooming session?
Prior to the grooming session, I kindly requests vaccination records to ensure a safe environment for all pets. Your pet's safety is our top priority!
How far in advance should appointments be booked?
To secure your preferred slot, we recommend booking your grooming appointment at least 1 month in advance. Early booking ensures you don't miss out!
What areas do you service?
We service around Anne Arundel, Baltimore and Howard Counties.
How do I book an Appointment?
You can book an appointment by calling, text or by email. Please allow me to respond back to you by the end of the business day.
How long does the grooming take?
On average grooming appointment usually takes 60-90 minutes depending on size, condition, and temperament of pet. When I arrive, I can give you a better estimate for the time needed.
Do you offer any discounts for customers?
Yes, Pet Splash Mobile Grooming offers discounts to those who choose our services. It's our way of showing appreciation for your continued trust.
What should I expect during the grooming session?
My grooming van is fully equipped with electricity, heating and air-conditioning, running warm and cold water in a full-size bathing tub, dryer, and all of the grooming equipment you would find in a regular salon. My van has both plug in and a generator for electricity use.
What are the payment options for grooming services?
I accepts payments in cash, check and cash app.
